Sriram NaganathanDirector of NimbleKits. Consults for a variety of organisations. Was Reuter Fellow at the University of Oxford. Teaches at Headstart Learning Centre.
Naveen MaheshFounder Director of NimbleKits. CIDTT trained, he also heads Headstart Learning Centre as its Director.
TG Rajendran Director of Teacher Training. An acclaimed teacher trainer based in Palakkad district in Kerala, Rajendran has been a consultant to a variety of entities including the Kerala Government on innovative practices in school education. Authored many books on pedagogy and has been interviewed extensively in TV channels on correct approaches to education.
Padma NaveenDirector of NimbleKits. Has a wealth of experience heading projects in multi-nationals. Is the chief content cordinator at NimbleKits.
Geeta KoushikDirector of NimbleKits. An IIM-A post graduate, has 13+ years in Business Strategy, Finance, Marketing and Human Resources. Was CII-Fulbright Fellow for Leadership in Management, Carnegie Mellon University.

About Us
NimbleKitsbegan as an idea to create a comprehensive learning tool to:- Assist schoolteachers engage children at appropriate levels in the learning process
- Inspire parents to get actively involved in the learning activities of their children
- Help children learn Math, Science and English with understanding.
- Clearly defining teaching objectives and expected outcomes in every lesson
- Challenging active, average and slow learners at appropriate levels
- Offering help to teachers and schools in handling children, including those with special needs.
We are now conducting research to discover the best possible pedagogical methods of engaging children in Math, Science and English in the K-12 spectrum of school education.
We hope our research will bring the following benefits:
- The impact of high level of teacher attrition that all schools face will reduce
- Schools will find it easier to train new teachers to handle subjects effectively, at low cost
- We will help teachers keep pace with the latest developments in the subjects they teach
- Teachers will be able to devote more time to delivering lessons rather than in preparing them
